Succession After Dadoun’s Departure

Michel Dadoun resigned as director on 5 November 2024 (the same date he resigned from multiple other companies, consistent with a bankruptcy order — Caseboard lists case BR-2024-000088 filed 5 February 2024). Control of United Properties then passed through three stages:

  1. Rabbi Moshe Dadoun (Michel’s father or elder relative, b. 1952, Israeli) served as interim director and PSC from November 2024.
  2. Gabriel Shimeon Dadoun (b. 2001, likely Michel’s son) was appointed director 29 October 2025.
  3. Gabriel became PSC with 75%+ share ownership from 1 March 2026; Rabbi Moshe ceased as PSC and resigned as director the same date.

Gabriel Dadoun, aged 24, now controls the company that serves as Gold Wynn’s UK development partner for projects with a combined GDV exceeding £200 million.
