Connection to Gold Wynn
The shared Churchill House address, the co-directorship of Weinzweig (= Jeffrey Wynn), and Shooter’s role as Gold Wynn’s UK head of operations all strongly suggest PDI No 13 is part of the Gold Wynn property portfolio rather than the distressed BYM Capital estate.
