Judith Veronique Robinson-Dadoun (born November 1966) is a British national based at Brampton Grove, Hendon. She is likely the wife of Michel Dadoun (the Mainbird Investments registered address is Flat 3, 69 Brampton Grove, NW4 4FB). She is a director of Spartacus Developments Ltd.
52 Fortune Green Road Prosecution
In February 2024, Robinson-Dadoun (age 57) and Joel Salem (age 65) were found guilty and ordered to pay a £350,000 fine plus £247,011.64 in costs for failure to comply with a planning enforcement notice at 52 Fortune Green Road, Camden. The property had been illegally converted into seven substandard flats. An enforcement notice was served in October 2010, but the defendants ignored it for over a decade, continuing to collect rents. The judge found “high culpability” and that both defendants had “concealed” their true financial worth from the court. The property was sold in April 2021.
