Isaac Salem (born December 1957) is a British property developer based at Suite 228, 42 Watford Way, London, NW4 3AL (and previously at 22 Capitol Way, London, NW9 0EQ). He is the brother of Joel Salem and a long-standing business associate of Michel Dadoun.
Following Michel Dadoun’s apparent bankruptcy in late 2024 (mass resignations on 5 November 2024), Isaac Salem took over directorship of multiple former Dadoun companies in two waves (5 November 2024 and 10 January 2025). He currently holds at least 17 active directorships.
Key current appointments include: Platinum Riverside Limited, Platinum (Cornwall Road) Ltd, Buckingham Investments Ltd, Imperial House London Ltd, Mainbird Investments Limited, Spartacus Developments Ltd, Spartacus Properties Ltd, BWC Windows Ltd, MNY Property Management Ltd, Nursery Avenue Management Ltd, Master Quartz Ltd, Quartz Master Ltd, and multiple SPVs for 69 Brampton Grove flats.
