Trident Trust Company (BVI) Limited is one of the oldest and largest trust companies in the British Virgin Islands, founded in 1978. Located at Trident Chambers, Wickham’s Cay, P.O. Box 146, Road Town, Tortola, BVI. It has more than 90 staff and has incorporated and acts as registered agent for “a significant proportion of the overall number of active companies on the BVI Register.”
Trident Trust holds a Class I trust licence from the BVI Financial Services Commission and is also a licensed fund administrator. The firm provides corporate, trust, and fund administration services to the financial services sector worldwide.
Trident Trust is also registered with UK Companies House as an overseas entity (OE021890).
Trident Chambers appears in the ICIJ Offshore Leaks Database as a registered address linked to at least 45 entities.
